An ERP system is used, covering all units and functions from production to assembly, from purchasing to accounting. Relevant units can enter data about their own units at every stage of the project, and all other units can benefit from the system in terms of both work tracking and auditing. The project manager assigned to each project, as the eye of the customer in the factory, follows all the stages of the project and reports the customer in the frequency and detail desired.
