They are conveyors where the cakes coming out of the oven are cooled. It may contain some 90 degree and 180 degree turn band elements.
It can be moved from the ceiling level when necessary. Some factors such as the product flow rate, the temperature at which it will enter the packaging or the coating, and the production ambient temperature are effective in its length.
Depending on the product coming out of the oven, the cake should be left to cool for about 30 minutes.
